Roya

Hi there, my name is Roya — that means dream in Farsi– I am a creator, marketer, adventurer, cookbook author, dreamer, curator of experiences, and plant-based lover of food on the search for the best plant-based restaurants in the world. 

I believe that living while eating intentionally — and doing so resourcefully — is the greatest gift we can give ourselves. 

My husband and I own several acres in San Diego and it is my mission to grow the majority of our own food as well as make everything from scratch in the kitchen for our family. 

I’m obsessed with oranges and love finding new ways to use them since we have an entire orchard full of them! 

My favorite desserts are macaroons and cotton candy. I can’t pass up the second slice of pizza and I’m on the quest for the best plant-based meal in the world. 

When I’m not eating or cooking, you can find me writing, creating content, taking a walk through our orchard, reading up on future trends, in the kitchen inventing new recipes with my mom, or light whipping and dancing my heart out to a gorgeous sunset. 

I am fiercely passionate about creating high-quality experiences through food and creating plant-based recipes from scratch. I believe the ultimate luxury is eating food that is fresh, healthy, tasty, AND good for the environment. 

I am also an advocate for female founders and business owners. My belief is that the ultimate key to financial independence is creating passive income.
